Instructions
Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to create the marinade.
Add the paneer cubes into the marinade, mix gently to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Warm the flour tortillas or roomali rotis on a dry skillet over low heat until pliable.
To assemble, spread 1 tablespoon of green chutney evenly over each tortilla. Place grilled paneer cubes in the center, then top with sliced onions, capsicum, cucumber, and chopped cilantro.
Roll the wrap tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
Serve immediately with extra green chutney or yogurt-based raita on the side.
