- 2 cupsPlain yogurt
preferably fresh and thick
- 1 mediumCucumber
finely chopped or grated
- 2 tablespoonsFresh coriander leaves
finely chopped
- 1 smallGreen chili
finely chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
- 0 ½ teaspoonBlack salt
or to taste
- 0 ¼ teaspoonRegular salt

- 1 tablespoonMint leaves

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth and creamy.

Add the finely chopped or grated cucumber to the yogurt.

Mix in the fresh coriander leaves, green chili (if using), and mint leaves.
