Ingredients
- 400 gramspaneer (Indian cottage cheese)
cut into 2 cm cubes
- 1 cupthick yogurt (hung curd)
- 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoonred chili powder
- 0 ½ teaspoonturmeric powder
- 1 teaspoongaram masala
- 1 teaspoonchaat masala
- 0 ½ teaspooncumin powder
- 1 tablespoonlemon juice
- 1 tablespoonmustard oil
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1 mediumbell peppers (capsicum)
cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 mediumonion
cut into 2 cm pieces
- 8 piecesskewers

Instructions
Prepare the marinade by combining thick yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion pieces to the marinade. Gently coat them well, ensuring all pieces are covered with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (392°F). If using an oven, line a baking tray with foil and grease lightly.
Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions alternately onto the skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill or baking tray and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning once midway, until the paneer is lightly charred and cooked through.
Remove from heat and sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice on top before serving.
