Ingredients
- 2 mediumripe mango
peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1 cupplain yogurt
full-fat for creaminess
- 0 Β½ cupmilk
cold, adjust for desired consistency
- 2 tablespoonssugar
adjust to taste
- 0 ΒΌ teaspooncardamom powder

Instructions
In a blender, combine the chopped ripe mangoes, plain yogurt, cold milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired. Add ice cubes and blend again briefly if a chilled lassi is preferred.
Pour the mango lassi into glasses.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch and serve immediately.
