Ingredients

  • 2 cupsYogurt (full fat)
  • 1 cupCold water
  • 4 tablespoonsSugar

    adjust to taste

  • 4 piecesIce cubes
  • 0 ¼ teaspoonCardamom powder

    optional

  • 0 ¼ teaspoonSalt

    for salted version

  • 8 leavesMint leaves

    optional for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, add the yogurt, cold water, sugar, and cardamom powder (if using). Blend until smooth and frothy.

Taste and adjust sweetness or add a pinch of salt if you prefer a salted lassi.
