Instructions
In a large bowl, combine plain yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to create the marinade.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade. Mix thoroughly to coat all pieces. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 3 hours for best flavor.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken pieces, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the yogurt-mint sauce by mixing yogurt, finely chopped mint leaves, green chili (if using), and salt in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
Warm the flatbreads or tortillas on a dry pan or in the oven for a couple of minutes until pliable.
To assemble the wrap, spread a spoonful of yogurt-mint sauce in the center of each flatbread.
Add cooked chicken pieces on top of the sauce. Then layer with sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
Roll the flatbread tightly around the fillings, folding in the sides to secure the wrap.
Serve immediately with extra yogurt sauce on the side if desired.
